First you have to start and register a business, set up a business bank account, register business with Dun and Bradstreet to have them monitor your business transactions with vendors and creditors.

There is a GC type called paperwork contractor in the commercial space that collects all licensed trades and assign a superintendent to the site to monitor and make sure that what the subs are doing is correct.

@Jason Turo I have used pretty much any lock out there and must say Lockstate currently beats all products on the market and is the first smart wifi lock or product for that matter, that got officially promoted and supported by Airbnb, VRBO and the channel management solutions such as Beds24.I use Lockstate in all our rentals in Germany, Tuscany, and the USA.

Because you will now have the full knowledge of her issues as well, and are not guessing what is happening, and you may be able to offer a solution to stop the junk being thrown onto your yard.I would approach the conversation with her like this:- Knock on door- Person answers the door- "Hi, my name is Corey, I am your new neighbour and I just wanted to intriduce myslef and get to know my neighbours personally and hopefully start on a good note with everyone"- Conversation happens here- "Before I go, I just wanted to ask, there has been some items and garbage been thrown into my yard for the past couple of days, and I am not certain what is going on, and all I want to do is solve this issue peacefully, so I was wondering if you know of anyone doing this in the past or if it was for a particular reason?"

The good news is that local VAMC's that work with the program tend to monitor these veterans closely.Don't accept a veteran simply because they are a vet.
