I don't plan on pursuing any type of investment until I get a solid grasp of the industry (i'm aiming to invest by June/July!!).

Ahh the chicken and the egg... the deal or the money story... you are looking for a direct answer in an industry where there are no direct answers....You could find a great deal and not have any money to fund it and lose it.You could have millions in investment capital and no deals to put it into.Both at the same time?

I’ve owned plenty of residential, commercial and industrial properties, but never a Mobile Home Park.

The team has a solid track record of closing which is very meaningful in this industry.  

No industry is "idiot proof".  

I spend my day in shorts and a t-shirt, but I had a few years wearing a dress shirt and tie in the banking industry before starting my business, so I do actually own clothes nicer than casual work clothes.

We've been in the industry for a combined 8 yrs and love it!

I'd like to work with some of the more trusted people in my circle to develop a better understanding of the industry and narrow down exactly what my path in the real estate investing world will be, but even starting off I'd like to be more hands on. 

Works similarly to a Deposit Only Card from a smartphone but allows the tenant to pay with a variety of options.

I'm new in RE and I have been learning as much as I can about wholesaling , now I'm looking into getting my feet wet in the industry!
