Hi all! My name is Adriana and I'm new to posting here on BP. I've followed the podcast and find it invaluable! I currently own a vacation rental management agency with one other business partner. Our focus is coastal North County and expansion into Carlsbad and Encinitas. We've been in the industry for a combined 8 yrs and love it! We would like to meet any local real estate investors or owners. We will also provide input where we can :) If anyone is considering purchasing a secondary home for a vacation rental, I highly suggest Oceanside!
