I still have several projects that I'm having trouble getting done because I can't get anyone out.They make an appointment and then they flake on me.

I say to multiple applicants, I've got several others also pending, I do require if approved full deposit and lease signed within 36 hours. so if that doesn't get completed I take the next person qualified in line. 

I have read several book regarding this and somewhat understand the overall jist but was curious what everyone else is doing.

(I'm also thinking of just not going through one of these sites, and going it on my own--giving my bank account out---it makes me feel weird, but I've talked to several landlords who operate this way with no issues.)Thank you in advance!!!!

Hi all,I am doing  a few Commercial/Multi-family deal(s) simultaneously and heading down the path of bank loan(s) with a couple of regional banks.I am being offered from the same bank several scenarios. 

I've completed a few flips and several rehabs as rentals.

That said, she/they have paid on time, every month for 18 months, and apparently he moved out several months ago, so there is must be some arrangement between them that is working currently. 

I bought several more from that same guy over the years.
