We are holding in an LLC and I'm having a hard time finding companies that will insure Liability while in an LLC. 

Recently, my accountant told me that if I hold a property for over a year in a LLC that does multiple flips a year, it will still be taxed as ordinary tax and not the capital gains tax.

So his question was: Can you own an LLC on an H1B visa?

For more details, this will all be done under my LLC and without getting into the weeds of why I chose to go the LLC route, it is my understanding most mobile payment systems do not allow consumer to business transfers. 

That said a 1031 exchange will not allow you from going from real property to an LLC (ownership in a syndication).

I liked the result but now I'm learning that there's a lot of things I could have done better with taxes, LLC, etc.

I was told I should be able to get a business loan through my LLC to use for a real estate purchase.

We don't have an LLC setup yet.
