Now you need to take some action.

It's quicker, easier to track (in terms of whether or not it was opened), can provide a simpler call to action and is a heck of a lot cheaper.

You can also use Distressedpro.com to narrow down your targets bank by evaluating which banks have higher reserves and default rates, but I often find myself (and others) spending too much time looking at numbers and reports instead of taking action with the shotgun approach.5).  

Once you pay back that HELOC it is ready for action again.

They can be expensive but in $300 an hour it could save you hours of online research and let you know whether you need to take action or whether you are SOL.

Im spending as little money as possible and just taking as much action as I can.
