They may actually end up being an ally as they want less police attention too and will probably help keep away the other dealers and stupid behavior, also, more than likely a dealer of that level of intelligence would not need to deal, to make money, and if they did still want to deal, would probably disqualify that neighborhood in favor of more icognito suburb or neighborhood with less competing criminal activity that could impact his dirt.

My son is graduating CSU with a Criminal Justice degree and is applying to the Colorado Springs Police Department and our lender said he could count his years in college as years of employment because his degree is the same as his career field.

If the buildings department is notified that the unit is illegal, it's occupied, they simply come, eject the tenant, and put up yellow police tapes.
