If you want to get into sales and marketing in the real estate industry it's a good business.

I decided I would like to start a career as a real estate agent since I was open to any opportunity that allowed me to become more familiar with the industry and have the potential to earn more than I do now.At the time I started my RE class, I was a month into my fall semester and working part-time.

Crazy how little respect that industry has for their clients. nonetheless, i am getting through it and managed to stay on budget without having to redo anything.

Funnels and drips are more mid to long-term nurture and might be more suited to retail leads with longer buying cycles.

Lastly, as wholesalers we send thousands of postcards, text messages, RVM, we also have a call center cold calling hundreds of sellers daily, our “cash offer” is not always the best option for a seller, so depending of the needs of the seller, if we are not able to reach a deal we put them in touch with one of our agent partner for a “retail” listing.

Too stubborn to work under someone, as far as commercial stores and retail.

We host weekly educational/networking calls and often have big names in the industry join.

Try craigslist or other classified ads drive industrial areas. 

I work full time in the Construction Industry as a Union Representative.
