For example you could create a c:\holdings directory with subdirs called c:\holdings\123 Main St, c:\holdings\215 Oak Tree ln, etc and store an Excel income/expense worksheet (as simple or complex as you'd like) and any other relevant docs for the property in it's associated directory.

In the case of one deal I worked on, we submitted the client's deal to over 60 relevant VC firms, and to my recollection, only 20 or so even responded, and some took a month or two to get back to us.Point being here is the competition for VC money is probably the highest out of any type of financing out there.

I think you may be referring to a post by my esteemed colleague @Bill Gulley, where he said, in relevant part, "[t]here have been some recent issues with contract for deeds, they have a pre arranged quit claim deed to be used in the event of default and have been determined as circumventing state foreclosure laws."

If it was common in the cruise industry for passengers to hide or not disclose relevant info like they get roaring drunk every day and ruin the experience for other passengers and the captain contracted with the passenger to pull over after seeing how they act to renegotiate the contract and the passenger had the right to say no and start the cruise back up immediately under the same terms and the captain had the right to walk away while having to pay to send the passenger home or fight over that cost with the passenger if the passenger feels the captain is being unreasonable and risk losing all of their time and expenses up to that point- then the analogy works.

Yes, you are right that the definition of “abandonment” that I quoted came from online. http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Abandonment The quote is not from any Washington State statute.I have, however, read as many Washington State statutes on the subject as I could find, and I’ve read the relevant case law on those statutes as well.

I'm not convinced that 3D printers have much relevance for mainstream realtors, but I think that they will be very disruptive in the next 10 years or so, particularly in third world countries.
