Believe it or not, we had to add the following to the Schedule 'A' (House Rules) of our lease:The Tenant agrees not to park in front of the building entrance, on sidewalks or to block access to sidewalks, buildings or parking areas;The Tenant agrees that prior leaving on Christmas holidays or spring break the heating system will be left active with thermostats set no lower than 10C (50F) and all windows will be closed;

If they are booked during a certain month for so many days for so many weeks, then that is data I can use.....I can also use Holiday bookings to see how high I can go on those dates.I prefer real world info, not some info collected from an algorithm.

The unit isn't rented yet (only been available a few weeks so far, and that was over the holidays), but I get a report every Friday like clockwork that shows me who has expressed interest, how the PM got the lead, and what action and follow-up the PM has taken to get it filled.
