I would view homes in the west side and Decatur areas on a regular basis, but the the asking prices, amount of work needed and comps killed any potential deal.

There are a few providers of such self-directed Solo 401k plans that post regularly to these forums and I'd recommend reaching out to a few to get a feel for what might work best for you.

Try contacting a local property management company to see if they could offer the services you need for a successful BRRR.
