If you're thinking about getting an aged shelf corp, I'd definitely recommend giving them a look.

Consulting a real estate attorney is highly recommended, especially for complex transactions or if the standard forms need modifications.

I’ve spoken to 3 multi million dollar realtors in the area, all of them told me it that they certainly don’t recommend it right now.
