the only thing I know to do is to cause him hardship that will cost him money but he can't tie to me, but if I do that he may just raise everyone's rent and screw everyone over feeling no pain.

Real estate goals-Next 90 days I want to buy a out of state 4 plex-locate a market -build relationships with out of state core 4-post on bigger pockets daily-listen to 1 podcast daily - listen to 1 hours of a real estate related bookFitness goals-I have a fitness trainer -get back in the gym🥴-follow my meal plan and eat right -stop drinking Relationship goals-tell my wife how beautiful she is multiple times a day-take her on a date 1-2 times a month -make dinner so she doesn’t have too -do the laundry more🙃😅(for me the pain of doing this is probably equal to the pain she felt durning labor.....😂)Baby girl- -wake up in the middle of the night and tend to her as best as I can-when I’m holding her out my phone on airplane mode -buy more real estate for her4 year goal I want to own 8 4 plexes and replace my income to own a real estate agent firm.

What is the financial, emotional, and psychological pain that you are/were experiencing?

@Eric Turner I think you need to be realistic with yourself and understand that at some point the walk needs to meet the talk. 4k in monthly cash flow would be good for a moderately advanced investor, and to get there you'll need to dive in and understand there will be years of grind and pain before you're at this point. 

So far it’s been worth the pains.

Everyone is dealing with (or not dealing with) the pain in their own way.

This has become a pain to manage remotely.

We are entering into a magnificent new era, but the transition is going to be painful for some I suspect.                           

Knob and Tube is still around and a pain and expensive to get rid of.

It's a psychological thing.
