Because of our location (walking distance to beach and center of Cotuit) and its amenities (central air, outdoor shower, wifi, clean, newly renovated, beach pass, etc..), we're able to command premium weekly rental rates.

Old galvanized pipe is almost certainly corroded inside and if its been exposed to air, the water coming out is going to be rusty every time your turn on a faucet.
