Just wondering if any investors use virtual assistants, stay at home moms, out of country fiverr employees, college students, etc to help with your business.I hate the research part of RE and was wondering if it would be worth it to try this.

It has rained the past 4 days so I assume many older homes in this area would have damp basements but there was about 1/2" of water in 1 corner of the basement when I viewed it tonight.Now since I am past the P&S and this issue was not raised previously, is there anything I can do?

To answer a previous post of yours, unless there is an rei club I do not know of, there isn't one in the area.

If there is over 250 dollars worth of personal property left you have to store it for ~7 days (can charge reasonable storage fee) if more its something like 45 days.
