Rentredi is a platform for 7.00 a month, to manage tenants, tenants to create repair tickets, house documents and leases and even market when vacant.

Just one problem, TikTok quickly pulled the video because it violated the platforms’ community standards (which raises the question: does TikTok even have standards?).

Flipping well requires a dedicated and well-vetted team at a minimum + a lot of supervision.

Just curious :-)  Hi Cody,We listed on multiple platforms and were able to link all calendars together so a booking from one platform would automatically populate in the calendars for the other platforms we listed with.

The buyer - Zillow.I’m guessing this is through their Zillow Offers platform.

Sounds as if you are off to a good start and this platform has a wealth of information.
