Using Equity in your Home to get started investing in RE

John L.Riddle

Hello to all BiggerPockets members!...I'm interested in getting started in investing in either in Single Family or possibly a 8-16 unit apartment complex. I currently have approx. 170k in equity in my current home located just North of Atlanta in Lawrenceville, GA. In the evenings, I have listened to a lot of Pod Cast and You Tube videos on some of the well known recognized RE mentors. I'm ready to take action and looking for advice as to how I can get started immediately. I look forward to your advice and comments!
