Remember too most of these guys need issues to justify the process- I left a towel holder down once in an apartment and he obviously found it but also had to write it up than give me 2 minutes with a screw driver to put it back on.Best of luck-you will be fine.

With the strategy above, there is no paper trail, and they can deduct that you own nothing of value, or that you appear savvy enough to make them go after easier targets instead of you.

I ask because I have a 180k potential contract for apartment rehab, they pre-qualified 3 contractors and about to choose one, am about to submitted my papers next week, and contract will start mid Jan.I have inquired some factoring companies but that means I have to go and get an invoice THEN factor them out.

The property should have positive cash flow of ~$12,300 / year (not counting any paper loss - but I calculated this at $1,300 for year one).

Laminate that paper and there you have it - plan A.seems like you do not have a system in place. that means, it ends up costing u more time and more money. that's not good.take a look at my site and the last 10 houses or so.. they look the same and clients love them.
