Hi MelissaThank you for your comments  i take it all to heart  and i certainly did not mean to sound hostile or frustrated  as i have been doing this for a very long time and am very happy you made 40thousand on your deal  my first one i made about 9 thousand but that was in 1975when a dollar was still a dollar  HA HA  i just closed one of my largest deals in Germany for 4.8 million Euros  love the business  would not do anything else .Just trying to advise people that real estate is still a long term investment and that getting rich overnight is not real.You have a great day and keep up the investing in real estate yes yes yes

I had to point out to him that Roseville is 6 miles north of Detroit and not even in the same county.These people just kill me. 

I live on the north-end of Atlanta but do most of my investing inside the city-perimeter.

SECUR  self storage was founded around 2007 was one of the early entrants intothe self storage business in Germany and they built and converted buildings into self storage  to the best of my research they paid around 11 to 12 hundred eurosper Sq. meter to enter the business and last year sold to public storage for about 2500 euros per Sq. meter or a total of 66 million Euros Not bad especiallywhen you take into consideration that they entered during the worst recession in recent history

My one rental is my old house from grad school in North Bryan (Tabor road area).

So does anyone know how the rental market for single family homes is going in the north Denver area?  

I've been to a number of REAPS north meals n' deals meetings and the monthly main meeting a bunch.
