We currently have 6 SFHs and an 8 unit, and our portfolio has performed a lot better across the last 4 years than we ever expected.We're currently under contract on a 35-unit apartment building.

Meaning I want to maximize the cash flow, but do not want to go to C- neighborhoods.

In future if I decided to build and convert both lots to one apartment building should I convert 2 parcels to 1 parcel?

There's a building in Farmington Hills for sale that's already set up to be assisted living.

So far we have painted the common areas and the exterior of the building.

I had a GC build it turn key and it went under contract before it was completed.
