I want to build a large portfolio for it to become my career.I am in the process of getting a mortgage to buy a multi-family.I have also bought a house and wholetailed it for contract for deed.We bought a mobile home 2 weeks ago and we are going to rent it for a gross of $400. $100 of that goes to the lot rent.I plan to buy another Mobile home in a few weeks and I plan to sell it.
