Meanwhile, your deductions are the same anyway since as a real estate agent you are already an IC by definition...Many agents will establish some sort of brand such as web/email domain. 

I bought 500 business cards and a registered a web domain when I started 15 years ago. 

I was just browsing the web to see where I'd like to park some additional money that I dont plan to put into REI right away.

They all have their own web based app now, thankfully, and is what i use at home and in my rental via Roku.

There have been times where guests have read it and said "I'm not comfortable signing it" and then we mention to them that there are plenty of other nice short-term rentals they can choose from besides ours.After each reservation, we send the guest our rental agreement via Docusign.com from our web site or mobile phone using their app.Works great.Mike
