I did a search based on livability score of cities with 50,000+ population then kept only B and better for cost of living and crime rates which narrowed it down to about 15 areas to further investigate and Bartlett kept showing up.

No repairs - now and not for the next few yearsThe schools are not exact perfect scores but if I look for similar homes in areas with good schools the ratios may not be as good for brand new homes.I appreciate your comments .Regards,Harsh

My credit score is 790 and can put 20% down but prefer less.What is killing me is my debt to income ratio, its like 200 or 300% on paper but still all cashflow great.
