It is a fair start though, but I also like to have a map view to see if there are glaring value changes based on location from the subject. * 6 month comps - this is usually a good rule of thumb in a typical stable market, but can be somewhat confusing in a faster moving market.

In order to eventually start investing in real estate after receiving my pilot job, I would like to learn more about investing.

That money is slowly starting to dry up and values are getting soft.

Next up is inventory, tech job losses and property taxes.My bet is that as rates go down buyers will jump back in the market in a big way.

So I’m good starting off slow.
