The Post refinance is so high because you only left $335 in the deal it looks like...so almost "to infinity"

As far as finding the deals, you have to put yourself out there so the deal can find you.

That's is so exciting.I *highly* recommend you work through your financing options with 2 specialists who should have this very well dialed in:1) An investor savvy mortgage broker licensed to do business where you next want to purchase.

As far as meetups, most seem to have almost no attendees.

As far as resale value I have no idea, but I can tell you these places are raking it in and will have no problem paying the rent.  

Though I will note that in my client's experience, Lima One moved a bit slower than most Hard Money / Private lenders as far as appraisal timelines and lending approval. 

There is no calculator / ability to predict appreciation in a city, at least as far as I know.

If there is one thing that I learned from Bigger Pockets - just getting started, and buying that first deal, is so important.

As far as GC's go...

We have talked about that as well. time is so precious but at this point it's worth giving it a shot.
