I make 20K/yr from my graduate stipend and have no deductions.my taxes are as easy as it gets.i'm also poor

People have tried to buy it, but seems like most people don't have ANY CASH for a down payment. 20% at least.I am really interrested in it, and money on my part is not an issue, but at the same time, I don't want to lay out alot of cash, that I could just as easy invest in the S&P 500 as I have done for many years, watch is grow as it has time and again for the last 40 years( ups and downs ).

I would love to have it paid off in 15 years and either sell and just take the cash, or buy another property.Everything sounds so easy, but I am sure there is so much I am overlooking.

But then we got tired and realized there was no easy way out.

If it can be done without seams, and for someone who is a bit handy, it is real easy for a do it your selfer...

It all seemed easy at that point, and she agreed that if it was as I said, she would be OK with it.

2) How easy/difficult is it to do business in MD or VA my LLC is formed in DC?

Personally, I like wholesales because it is easy with very limited risk and huge paydays.

Simply we are saying we will make you an offer quick… As far as the “satisfaction guaranteed” well… you are the first to ask… But I have not had any problems or troubles with people I make offers to… I think the reason is my quick and easy yes or no… I don’t make people wait for days or weeks waiting for an answer… That is what makes people mad.

How is that for an easy answer?
