Hi @Glenn Gayet I think we'd need a bit more background on you before any of us could speak to "setting yourself up for success" however, the commercial market here in Vegas does currently have a good bit of opportunity (much more than the resi market).Also, as a commercial investor that recently transitioned to the Vegas market, I have had some interaction with commercial brokers/agents here and I will say that there is definitely room for those that want to stand out as rockstars.

The unit was okay, but the owner actually interacted with us more than Evolve did.

I have spoken with the four members on our team who had interaction with Colt before making the decision that we would no longer hire him to work at our properties in February 2019.

Sometimes, referrals from fellow investors can lead you to reliable wholesalers.When interacting with wholesalers or other investors, it's important to build relationships and demonstrate your seriousness as an investor.

It's nice to meet and interact with these people at different times for different reasons.

I have found it to be extremely disheartening that so many people don't even attempt to utilize education they purchase and it sends a bad message to the people they interact with.When I stopped focusing on them and started using education that's when I started producing income.

This is the best platform I've seen that can give customers the information they seek about your company and furthermore they can interact with you via your blog.

You'll want a healthy reserve fund so you can cover those occasional extraordinary expenses that always come with investment property.
