The situation:  I've got 3 seperate single family units that are managed by a property manager so my interaction with the tenants does not exist.

under interactive you have property listings section. looks good, but the one problem i see with with it is there is no starting date for each listing.it seems like it would be nice to know when they were posted, so as to not waste the lister's time.also, i clicked on the e-mail section and the lsiter didn't know what i was talking about, or where i saw it. i thought when we clicked e-mail agent they would automatically know it came from biggerpockets.just some observations.jim

It is very scary how we don't interact with each other anymore.

In the meantime I hope learn from and interact with folks on BP.

BP definitely seems like an amazing place to be able to learn and interact with people for the betterment of all.

I'm not working 12 hour shifts but I'm currently working 2 jobs in interactive design and I'm actively freelancing for the same reason.
