The before and after pictures of the house are great, it's incredible what good quality pictures can do for a property. 

If I had a good project manager who could deliver 48 or 86 rehabbed house I could get them funded at 10% interest, I could find enough deals as well, getting a quality rehab done on budget and on schedule is a much bigger problem for me. 

For that great quality of interior you have a lot of upside in that rent - no wonder the tenant is so happy, he has a bargain!

I'm looking for someone that is or has recommendations for General contractors in the Baltimore, MD area. I need to do a walk through with the contractor(s) to get rehab estimates for an apartment building...

They are brokering real estate so make them PROVIDE good quality information like you could get from a licensed broker.

IKEA has great cabinets, not solid wood but good quality w/ nice hardware at a good price. 

What are the characteristics you look for in a quality realtor?

Also, If anybody knows of a CPA with the same qualities I would greatly appreciate a referral.Thank you in advance for the assistance.
