In that instance, you could potentially pay off that debt sooner with a few big flips.Maybe think of it this way:Paying off debt is a 6.7% ROI for you.

Then we've converted a bar into a therapy Center with a gym, consult rooms and offices.

What I like about Lowe's is I can always use the 10% off codes (I get them on eBay - someone told me about this on BP and I wish I had done it sooner).I don't know if one is clearly better than the other as each has its advantages and limitations. 

I've thought about getting that next property sooner by partnering, but I'm not 100% sure why I would want to do that.

This town is very high end, with an average sales price for SFRs at $750,000.To make it even more complicated, there are multiple barns and an outbuilding that's beautifully finished, with a gym and sauna.
