It sounds like you have your hands full between school and your internship.

IMO legislation like if passed this will create pockets of government and nonprofit landlord ownership, deterioration of school systems, city services, and bankrupt local economy.

If we keep cutting off large sectors of the economy (elective medical procedures - all food service workers, hair dressers, schools, event/promotion industries) for another 4 weeks - you will see a super cascade effect in the economy that could be where we have 30%+ unemployment. 

I'm far from an experienced member and I'm sure the experienced folks will chime in soon.But what I've been doing so far is treating this website like a school.

There is an opportunity to build 20 townhomes that will feed into the most desirable school district in the vicinity of the base.The first phase includes purchase of the land, development and re-platting, and the building of 5 units.

Be it in traditional schooling, or the school of hard knox.
