Does the loan have a floor and ceiling ( a minimum and maximum rate of interest)?

I currently own rental houses and want to make the jump 20 unit building, four of which are commercial spaces.

I'm curious to see what everyone uses to list and market their Properties and Space availability.

Now, the house is boarded, except for the upstairs, where rain/weather opened to second floor to the elements.

Our units here are outside house and ducts/furnace in basements or first floor utility rooms if on crawl space.Crawling attics in heat is no fun!!

New tile on the floor doesn't mean squat".Mechanicals,roofs,plumbing,electrical etc. that is where the real cost is at.Is the property sub-metered for water??

There are really too many concepts to create an exhaustive list not knowing the details of your partners and you.In regards to obtaining financing, a bank will likely be a little reluctant since the company is new and it does not sound like any member has experience in this space just yet.
