I am just going to choose about 10 homes from the BidBaltimore.com website and compare those to the new list.

My husband and I have just finished renovating our first rental property. 

I just got off the phone with a very smug account Wells Fargo business checking associate who was very proud of discovering my registered agent's address (used on LLC filing)  on the state website listed for other LLCs. 

Hello All, I am putting the finishing touches on my first rental property.

My question is does anyone notice a quality difference between these websites ?. 

Some are published here, some are on Meetup website.

That one single person who has ever been accurate did so by going to the FICO website, he clicked "show me the scores used by mortgage lenders," paid $20, and I ran his credit on the exact same day & the exact same number for all three bureaus (which meant it was a waste of his $20 in retrospect).

They’re economical and creative and finished products are nice.

We went to the county recorders office who sent us to the district court, who told us they couldn't print a list out for us and to check their website. 

One difference that factors in is the Term length and what happens if the project finishes sooner.
