If you're actually helping a seller market or are helping a buyer find properties in an organized fashion, that can certainly be construed as infringing on the territory of real estate agents.My guess is that you COULD cross the line as a bird-dog, but that unless/until you were hauled into court, it wouldn't be clear if you actually did...

This all depends on how aggressive I am shopping out things to subcontractors.If I want to lower costs it takes a personal involvement to hit the auctions and buy flooring, fixtures, tile , etc.. by the pallet load.
