Hello, Everyone,I ran across this Real estate website, and wanted to learn about real estate purchasing, and after I realized that the seminar was a waste of my time.

You'll have to start loading your property on all of the available websites:  vrbo, airbnb, tripadvisor, homeaway, villarentals, etc.  

I'm not even considering bidding yet, because I have concerns about hidden expenses (past due: hoa fee's, taxes, liens, etc)I see lots of people saying to search the local county records, but perhaps my local county website is just "different".  

Research more on this website about apartments, and get your numbers down before making that offer.

Maybe it gives me a false sense of security?

I will tell you that the actual test I took for my license was more situational based than multiple choice, true/false etc...
