Learned reality, from fiction from The (RICH DAD) seminar

Hello, Everyone,I ran across this Real estate website, and wanted to learn about real estate purchasing, and after I realized that the seminar was a waste of my time. I have been able to relate to a lot of others' postings about what they perceived from the Rich Dad Seminar also. It did however raise some valuable in-site, and raised some red flags for me, as well. To know not to get suckered into these high profit, money seminar investments that seem to be popping up everywhere. Putting 2 and 2 together, if you really want to start out as an investor, I think it is wise to deal with a real professional, as per say a company that just takes you in, to sell their profits. Did I learn from the seminar?--Yes, on my own terms of wise investing, from intellect, and not by their standards, or opinions.  I know there are real investors out there that have known the good, and the bad when it comes to real estate. I am glad that I found this website, and I honestly hope to use the resources through this website, and meet new people, possibly in the process. Thank you all for the advice, wisdom, and input.
