I don't expect massive.I think to a degree of the inverse of 2023 is what I am expecting.

The house is new so I don't expect any major maintenance.

I can almost hear right now your GP coming back to you in 1-2 years saying construction costs have gone up, lease up is taking longer than expected, rents concessions are much greater than we thought....and now there are 3 competiting developments within a mile that are crushing our rents.
