I get so excited everytime I see a post about this region so I can get a feels for what others right in my backyard are going through.

I am very excited about the future and hardly want to do anything else for a living .

We are excited to get started expanding our real estate investing to Oklahoma since we currently have several hold properties in Maryland--I wish I knew half of what I know now when I bought those properties at almost retail price. 

So I am wondering if others get excited about it, too?

I'm keeping any open mind though since the rehabs around Boston seem hard not scoop up unless you are a cash buyer.I'm super excited about this site and would love to connect with others.Jarrod

I got all excited when I saw one has an assumable loan.  

I'm hoping that now that I have my BP constituents I am that much closer to finally closing my very first deal and I am soooooo excited.
