They are a tight knit community committed to each other and accepting of all newbies to support them and help them succeed.It almost seems like this post is blowing off steam at people who want to change their life for the better, but don't know how and they are being ridiculed for it instead of being encouraged to succeed.

The senior loan stating their intention to call the note if the second forecloses, along with the history of this note (the relationship between the bank employees and the borrower and the bank encouraging the second) actually seems very shady to me.

Let's see if I've got this correct:Law firm employee uses client information, public or private, sifts thru it, and is mostly clueless about foreclosures and yet is encouraged by others on this site to offer homeowners advice due to law firm affiliation.At what point do you suggest Holly get some formal education on the topic of foreclosure beyond just lurking on the BP site?
