Anyone else dealing with this??

Everything else I do is SFR on a conforming product.He may have told you that because 100% of the people who do loans through him have commercial loans.

The firm has decent reviews on Yelp, but what else can I do in terms of research?

I looked up online and couldn't find anything concrete.Also because this is my first rental in Howard County, can I request if there's anything else I need to be aware of that others learnt the hard way?

I'm with everyone else, Solar then Car, and here's the logic.Mathematically, paying down the highest interest rate (solar) is the most cost effective. 

Most flips don't stay on schedule because something was done before something else and the days start to add up back tracking or being stuck waiting for a contractor.Best of luck 

Recent changes in my role have caused me to look outside to see what else is out there.
