New Guy from Indianapolis, IN
Hi All! I'm Michael and currently live in Indianapolis (South Broad Ripple). I moved to Indianapolis just over one year ago after living in Baltimore for the past 6 years. I have been a lurking member for some time and am working to start taking actionable steps to get my first investment property - one of these steps is to get plugged into the forums and discussions!
For my day job I work as an Actuary and my primary experiences is in Risk Management, Asset-Liability Management, and Model development - which I hope to translate most of these skills into my real estate investment plan.
I am interested in growing long-term wealth through acquiring a portfolio of cash-flowing rentals. I am still working on developing the specific steps I plan to take but I mostly interested in starting with the BRRRR method to blend both immediate capital building with my long term plan.
