Most long term brokerages do not like investors that much for licensees as they will try hair brained structures to try and make a large quick buck at any cost.

Hey I am really getting stuck in the analysis paralysis,  I am in between investing in turnkey property in indy or kansas city, or starting out in land investing and diving in their.Looking for a little guidance my worry about investing in indy or Kansas city is that their are so many investors their I could see the value going down if rental areas start to get neglected.Is land investing still viable right now seems as the supply has dried up and it is becoming overrun with seller financing investors already.
