I am driving for dollars to find deals and then once I do, I plan on finding the funds to invest.

Spent most of my Saturday "Driving For Dollars" & scoping out neighborhoods with existing listings.  

I've been including all new mechanicals in most of my offers but I'm finding that I'm just having a hard time making the numbers work since it really drives up my rehab costs.  

What's driving the growth in White Plains?

I'm originally from Vermont and when got very serious with my goals I believed and knew that being from the 802 is not surrounding myself around like minded people with hustle.

I'm trying to remain on speaking terms and she told me 2 months ago she was in process of moving but car is still in drive!

Got a great loan deal from a local bank with only 20% down.Raised rents across the board about 200/mo per unit.Put another 100k into the common areas and exterior and in the units.Property is easily worth 1.6M.The location is superb in the LIttle Havana Sub market that is super hot and south of 8th street all surrounded by mostly small SFH's.The great deals are out there and they are off market. 

I "drive for dollars" at least once a week, and crawl craigslist regularly, among other things.

Don't forget driving for dollars only costs gas.

I guess I could use the tax records once I drive by a property to get an address.
