Still plenty of good deals around here although not as good as a few years ago but if you are patient you can find the "one" here.

There are plenty of other surrounding 4-plex buildings just like it all down that particular street.

Afghan should give you plenty of education time.

Though I have an active MA real estate license and plenty of large-scale development experience, I have relatively little knowledge of how to break into, and be successful in, the single-family residential flipping realm.

I have reviewed plenty of these agreements before on behalf of the FCMs and clients, and you should review them with great care.

I still have plenty of reading and podcast to cover but am looking to use my time as effectively as possible and somehow think that taking the license route will help build a better foundation to build on.

It may not be possible to do what we do, in Fla, I am not sure, but I have been told plenty of times its not possible here, but we just do it anyways.

My terms have been under 5% but unfortunately the bank I am working with only does 15 year ammotizations rather than 20, but there are plenty of banks and some I have worked in the past that will provide 20-25 year ammortizations.  

I'm sure there are still plenty of schools there.
