So, there's some risk there for the seller.Most people use a lawyer to draw up and record the promissory note.I'm not familiar with the customs up in Clayton, but most of the the seller's lawyer also draws up the contract based on the offer.

What that means is you should more or less ignore cosmetics that aren't damaging fixtures, floors, etc, or drawing bugs or rodents, and address issues that could cause damages that you have to take from their deposit.

The biggest draw was that  I could use the amenities at other McCombs Properties- St Charles Bay and Palmilla for the day so I could take my girls to Palmilla to go to the beach there if we wanted.

As Craig mentioned above, it's main draw is for cheap real estate to live.Silverdale and Bremerton are more attractive overall and probably would offer more options.Now other nearby cities like Bainbridge Island, Gig Harbor, Vashon Island and Hood Canal area definitely draw people from all over the world and have a touristy type vibe especially during the summer.
