The difference between successful investors and those who don't work out, is the ability to keep going on the face of difficulty. 

Rental investors complain all the time about the difficulties they encounter in financing out of their properties.So if you know of a way to get around this problem I certainly hope you'll share it.Also you mentioned an FNMA loan.
