Hey @Sean McKee - I don't know that area super well, but I know @Eudith Vacio has some units in East Chicago as @Paul De Luca mentioned.I will just say the real estate market in general is softer and then includes rentals.....not nearly as many people move in the winter and in general during a slower economy.

@Robert Lindsley  Well maybe some of the INDY folks can chime in however I can assure you that 40k all in   In indy is maybe not a war zone but its an area that will be a super challenge to own and maintain..

It was a slower burn here, and we didn't see any sort of massive jump in rental demand, just a steady rise, and it was limited to certain neighborhoods.Conversely, our local homebuilding associations and tradesmen unions were DEVASTATED.
