Looking to see if there are any 2,3 or 4 unit multi’s in the Tuscaloosa area on the market? Preferably in an A/B area. I’m not super savvy with the market there and I know a lot of it will depend on the university and major employers there (hospitals etc). Looking to buy predominantly for student housing and/or Airbnb
