It is perfectly OK to learn the business one step at a time and this one has a decent ROI and no repairs needed so you can concentrate on building your landlording skills.

The problem really comes down to the fact that the majority of these vacation rental platforms are not designed for enterprise use (because they're marketed towards consumers), so there's multiple proprietary systems to try to map out for someone to sync them all, rather than being built to map with the GDS (global distribution system) platforms that more traditional booking engines (Expedia, Booking.com, Travelocity, etc) use.

The government subsidizes the rent to the landlord and the tenant pays the difference.It accomplishes the same goal of providing affordable housing, but it disburses the families, which doesn't lead to concentrations of poverty in housing projects.

Mike-I don't think the existing design looks confused because of the window placement.

My partner & I are looking for our next house flip project.I just looked at a home in the San Fernando Valley that is a nice post modern design, but is quite dated and needs a fair amount of work.  

I am struggling with design ideas.
