I see this as potentially VERY dangerous while also being (assuming that I've hooked up with the RIGHT people) a good thing.

Allowing a tenant that fights with you and grows illegal substances on your property to stay is bad form.

This is dangerous because the seller has an incentive to minimize expenses in order to make the investment look as attractive as possible in order to get it sold; the real estate agent stands to earn a fat commission check.

I think it's dangerous to blindly follow any party, as they are only SUPPOSED to be a vehicle for a set of beliefs.

These can be dangerous, also if not cleaned they can cause carbon monoxide.

That can get dangerous unless you have a deal that is a guaranteed easy seller, only needs lipstick so your rehab is 3-4 weeks MAX, and you keep your resale costs and any loan costs down.

Did you use any cleaning substances or primer over the areas where the smells are originating?

I cannot stress enough the possible dangers of making an error in an eviction. 

Anybody here with properties in portland/ west end ever have to deal with dangerous situations?

We were lucky it could have killed someone or caused some serious property damage.Tough to ascertain the dangers but I am going to have the large o'hanging branches checked & if need be taken down as a PM.
